RICE IDLI
INGREDIENTS
4 Cups of Boiled rice
1 Cup of Urud Dhal
Salt to taste
METHOD
Soak Rice and Urud Dhal separately. Grind Rice thicker than dhal. Grind Urud dhal into fine paste, add salt to taste. Keep the batter for 8 to 10 hours to ferment. After ferment fill the batter to idle mould to 3/4 portion and cook on steam heat. After 10 minutes pierce a stick into a idli , if ir come clean. Then your idlis are ready. Serve hot with sambar and Chutney
